Gateway Farm is located in Scio, Oregon. We are about 20 miles east of Salem, and an
hour south of Portland. Visitors are always welcome, but please call
ahead.
Gateway Farm is still easy to find. We are only about 25 minutes from Interstate 5, and easily reached from either Salem or Albany
From Salem:
Take I-5 to Salem
Head east on Hwy 22
Take the Stayton/Sublimity exit from Hwy 22
Turn right onto Cascade Hwy, which becomes N, 1st Avenue
N 1ST AVE becomes STAYTON SCIO RD SE.
Turn LEFT onto COLE SCHOOL RD SE.
Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto RIDGE DR. (This is where people get lost. Ridge Dr. forms a T intersection at the end of Cole School Rd. Turn right, and then immediately left, down the hill.)
Stay straight to go onto RICHARDSONS GAP RD.
Turn LEFT onto SHIMANEK BRIDGE DR.
Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto OR-226/ ALBANY LYONS HWY
We are just past the 14 mile marker on Hwy 226
From Albany:
Follow US-20 E from I-5
Turn LEFT onto OR-226/ ALBANY LYONS HWY
In Scio, turn RIGHT, staying on OR-226/ ALBANY LYONS HWY.
